The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing administrative transparency by secondary school principals in the north region within the Green Line in light of the variables of gender, experience, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used. A questionnaire was used for data collection, as it included five dimensions: (transparency of legislation, relations and communication, information, performance evaluation, and decision-making), and it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (405) principals and teachers after ensuring its validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of practicing administrative transparency by secondary school principals in the North region within the Green Line was high in all dimensions, an absence of statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender and experience, and an existence of statistically significant differences due to the job title variable in favor of the principals.
