The study aimed to reveal the effect of a training program based on Borba's theory of moral intelligence on developing moral behavior and reducing aggressive behavior among adolescent students. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (40) male and female students from a secondary school in the Haifa district was selected, and they were divided into an experimental group consisting of (19) male and female students, and a control group consisting of (21) male and female students. The moral behavior scale and the aggressive behavior scale were applied to both groups, while the training program was applied to the experimental group. The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect of the training program based on Borba's theory of moral intelligence in improving the moral behavior and reducing aggressive behavior in the experimental group.
