The study aimed to identify the leadership skills among Jordanian universities graduates in the northern region as a labor market requirement. The researchers designed a questionnaire consisted of (35) items divided into four domains: the cognitive skills, the human skills, the life soft skills and technical skills, and the compatibility between the graduate's specialization and the requirements of the labor market. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisted of (423) male and female graduates selected using the facilitated random sample method from all universities in the Northern Region. The study concluded that the graduates’ responses correspond to the availability medium degree. The human skills ranked first, the professional life technical skills ranked secondly, while the compatibility between the graduate’s specialization and the requirements of the labor market ranked lastly. The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the number of years since graduation variable. There were statistically significant differences due to the nature of work variable, in favor of those with the nature of work (Work in the specialized field, and work in a non-specialized field), and there were statistically significant differences due to the university variable, in favor of (Governmental universities).
