The objective of this study is to identify the correlation of entrepreneurial characteristics of managers in the Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Seer District in enhancing job performance. The research adapts descriptive correlational methodology using the practical style. The research population and sample consisted of managers in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Seer District totaling (63) with comprehensive census method. A major research finding were the degree of availability of entrepreneurial characteristics among managers in the Education Directorate of Wadi Al-Seer District was medium, as well as the degree of promotion of managers in the Education Directorate of Wadi Al-Seer District of job performance was high. A significant correlation between the total degree of the availability of entrepreneurial characteristics and the total degree of the level of job performance enhancement and each of both the field of self-confidence and the total degree of the level of job performance enhancement and between the independence and a sense of responsibility and both of task performance and contextual performance and the total degree of the level of job performance enhancement at level (0.01). As well as a significant correlational relationship between the field of self-confidence and both the task performance and the contextual performance and between the total degree of the availability of entrepreneurial characteristics and both the task performance and the contextual performance at the level (0.05).
