The study aimed to identify the role of preparatory school principals within the Green Line in providing creative environment for teachers from the point of view of principals and teachers. The descriptive survey methodology was used and the questionnaire for data collection, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisted of (431) principals and teachers. The results showed that the role of school principals in providing creative environment came to a high degree, the absence of statistically significant differences due to the gender variable, and an existence of statistically significant differences due to the job title variable in favor of principals, and the years of experience variable in favor of "less than ten years" category. The study recommended that principals be encouraged to familiarize themselves with the latest developments in their field of specialization in order to increase their ability to provide an appropriate creative environment.
