This study aimed to identify the degree of administrative delegation among school principals within the Green Line and its relationship to administrative performance from the teachers' point of view. The researchers used the descriptive correlational methodology. The sample consisted of )379(male and female teachers who were chosen randomly. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of two parts, the first, measuring the administrative delegation of school principals, and the second measuring administrative performance, and each part consisted of a number of domains. Their validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed that the degree of administrative delegation by school principals was high, and the administrative performance was high, finally, the results showed that there was a positive direct relationship between the degree of administrative delegation of school principals and the degree of administrative performance.
