The study aims to identify the level of career maturity and the level of aspiration among university students, and to identify whether career maturity differ according to gender, major, and academic level variables, also to identify the extent to which career maturity can be predicted by the level of students' aspiration. Quantitative methods were adopted in this study, career maturity scale and aspiration level scale were used to collect data from the study sample, which consisted of 767 (353 males,414 females) students at Qassim University. The results revealed that students have a high level of career maturity, and the highest dimensions in terms of maturity level were the consultation, then the Concern, followed by the Confidence and finally the curiosity dimension. The results also showed that the level of aspiration among students was average with regard to demographic variables, there were statistically significant differences in the level of career maturity among students based on their gender variable in favor of females, and the major variable in favor of sciences, while the career maturity was not significantly affected by students' academic level. Also, the results revealed a positive and statistically significant relationships between career maturity and the level of aspiration among students. Moreover, the level of aspiration was found to be contributed positively as a predictor of career maturity among students. Finally, the study presented some suggestions and recommendations based on its results. (Published abstract)
