The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the standards of the Scottish Quality Management Model (SQMS) in the sustainable professional development of teachers in Jordan from the point of view of school principals, educational supervisors and teachers, the study used the descriptive survey methodology, and the study sample consisted of (864) principals, supervisors and teachers The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data after confirming its validity and reliability. The results indicated that the means of the responses of the study sample members for the areas of the Scottish Quality Management Model (SQMS) standards questionnaire came with a high degree, and there were statistically significant differences in the degree of application of the Scottish Quality Model (SQMS) standards in the professional development of sustainable professional development for teachers due to variables: (gender, educational qualification, job title, and experience). , familiarity with sustainable professional development programs for teachers), and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of job title and were in favor of (educational supervisor, and school principal) compared to (teacher), and there were no differences between (educational supervisor) and (school principal).
