This study aimed to identify the extent to which secondary schools principals in Jordan possess the twenty-first-century skills and their relationship to the application of total quality management standards from the perspective of their teacher. To achieve the study’s objective, a questionnaire consisting of two parts was developed. The first part measured the degree to which principals possess ownership of the twenty-first-century skills and the second part measured the extent to which they apply total quality management standards. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 732 teachers from secondary schools in the northern, central, and southern regions of Jordan. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified. indicated that, from the teachers' perspectives, the principals possess a high level of twenty-first-century skills. Professional and life skills ranked first, followed by digital literacy skills, while learning and innovation skills came last. Additionally, the results showed that the application of total quality management standards by the principals was rated as high, with the student affairs and needs standard ranking first, followed by strategic planning, human resources, leadership and management standards, and finally, the social responsibility standard. The study also revealed a positive correlation between the possession of twenty-first-century skills by secondary school principals and their application of total quality management standards.
