The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing servant leadership by secondary school principals in the Alkora and its relationship to the level of organizational excellence, To achieve the goals of the study, the descriptive correlational methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisting of two domains was applied: the first on the Servant leadership, and the other on the level of organizational excellence distributed to (298) teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing servant leadership of school principals from the point of view of teachers as a whole was high, and the results also showed that the level of organizational excellence was high, and the results showed that there was a statistically significant correlation between the degree of school principals practicing servant leadership, and the level Organizational excellence. In light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended an increase in the strengthening of the servant leadership more by meeting the requirements of teachers in schools, as well as school principals to put the vision and the message in the right ways and the participation of teachers and all parties in their position.
