The study aimed to identify the leadership role of school principals and its relationship to the Level of school excellence within the Green Line. A descriptive correlational methodology using a questionnaire was applied. The sample consisted of (450) teachers. The results indicated that the level of leadership role of school principals and School excellence were medium. In addition, a positive, direct, and statistically significant correlation at significance level (0.01) was found between the level of the leadership role of school principals and School Excellence.
