فاعلية إدارة الخطاب في اجتماعات المعلمين في المدارس الثانوية بمنطقة المثلث الجنوبي في داخل الخط الأخضر
The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of discourse management in teachers’ meetings at secondary schools in the Southern Muthallath Area within the Green Line. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (43) items comprising of five dimensions (Deliberations during the meeting, Power and agency (Ability to act independently), Empowerment and participatory, Professional development, Politeness and motivation) was used for data collection, as it was applied to a simple random sample consisting of (342) principals and teachers. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of discourse management in teachers’ meetings among secondary school principals in the Southern Muthalath region within the Green Line was medium, where the dimensions of Politeness and motivation and Deliberations during the meeting were given high degree, while other dimensions were estimated a medium degree. The results also showed an existence of statistically significant differences because of the gender variable in favor of males, and the experience variable in favor of (less than 10 years).
