This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of organizational climate dimensions in kindergartens in Al-Mafraq Governorate. The study population comprised all kindergarten teachers working in kindergartens affiliated with the directorates of education in Northwestern Badia, Northeastern Badia, and Al-Mafraq Qasbah. A simple random sample of 246 teachers was selected, and a questionnaire was designed as the data collection tool. The results revealed that the overall availability of organizational climate dimensions in kindergartens was high across all dimensions. The findings also showed no statistically significant differences in the mean responses attributed to kindergarten ownership, educational qualification, experience, or directorate regarding the degree of availability of organizational climate dimensions. Accordingly, the study recommends enhancing the organizational climate in kindergartens by adopting participative and supportive administrative approaches that effectively enable teachers to participate in decision-making, thereby contributing to improved performance and a better work environment.
