The study aimed to reveal the degree to which Arabic language teachers in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia practice soft skills and their relationship to developing digital citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of female educational supervisors. The study was conducted according to the descriptive, correlational approach, where two scales were used to collect quantitative data: The first is a questionnaire to measure the degree to which Arabic language teachers practice soft skills, which consisted of (23) items, distributed into four areas, namely: (team work, time management, communication and communication, problem solving), and the second is a questionnaire to measure the level of citizenship values among female secondary school students in Tabuk district , which consisted of (15) paragraphs, The measures were distributed to a sample of (60) educational supervisors in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the academic year (2023-2024), who were selected by the available random method. The results showed that the degree to which Arabic language teachers in the Tabuk district in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia practiced soft skills. It was high, and the level of citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of educational supervisors was high. The results also showed a positive correlation between the degree of Arabic language teachers’ practice of soft skills and the development of digital citizenship values among female secondary school students in the Tabuk district from the point of view of educational supervisors.
