The study aimed to identify the level of career maturity of secondary school principals in the Northern District within the Green Line from the principals’ and teachers’ point of view in light of the variables of gender, academic qualification, experience, and job title. The descriptive survey methodology was used, and a questionnaire consisted of (33) items distributed over three dimensions: "culture, experience, and skill", "human relations", and "achieving goals", as was applied to an available sample of (266) principals and teachers after assuring its validity and reliability. The results showed that the level of career maturity through all its dimensions was medium, there were statistically significant differences due to the gender variable in favor of females, the experience variable in favor of “10 years and more”, and to the job title variable in favor of principals, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the academic qualification variable.
