The study aimed to determine the degree of professional ethics among Arab school principals within the green line and their relationship to the level of teachers' creative behavior. A correlational descriptive methodology was implemented. The sample consisted of (538) individuals, including (142) male and female school principals, and (396) male and female teachers. The scale of professional ethics and the scale of creative behavior for teachers were used. Their validity and reliability were confirmed. The results indicated that the degree of professional ethics among Arab school principals was medium, and that the degree of creative behavior of teachers was medium too. A positive, statistically significant correlation between the degree of professional ethics among Arab school principals and the level of teachers creative behavior. (Published abstract)
