This study aimed at identifying the human values included in the developmental kindergarten curriculum in Jordan and investigating them using the analysis tool in light of Schwartz model of human values. The study used the descriptive analytical method (content analysis technique). The analysis’s sample included both the general framework of the kindergarten curricula and the developmental curriculum’s documents. The results showed that the number of special outcomes that included values was (166) outcomes, distributed according to the value categories in the study tool as follows: conservatism (64.5%), self-transcendence (16.9%), openness-to-change (9.6%), and self-stimulation (9.0%). The results also showed that total frequency of human values in the developmental curriculum was (705), distributed as follows: conservatism (56.2%), self-transcendence (27.9%), openness-to-change (9.9%), and self-stimulation (6.0%). In light of results, the study recommended the inclusion of more human values in the developmental curriculum, such as: stimulation, daring, accepting my portion in life, ambition and a world at peace values, and to use these results as a basis for an educational program that takes care of human values’ development among children in the age group 5-6 years.
