درجة فاعلية القيادة التحويلية لدى القادة الأكاديميين في الجامعات الأردنية في إقليم الشمال وعلاقتها بدافعية أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية نحو التعليم الإلكتروني
The study aimed to reveal the degree of effectiveness of transformational leadership among academic leaders at Jordanian universities within the north region and its relationship to the level of motivation among faculty members towards e-learning. The study used the descriptive methodology correlational approach in addition. The study sample consisted of (381) faculty members in Jordanian universities within the north region who were chosen through stratified random method. The questionnaires were used for data collection after assuring their validity and reliability. The results showed that the degree of effectiveness of the transformational leadership of academic leaders and the level of motivation of faculty members in Jordanian universities in the northern region were high. The results also showed a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of transformational leadership effectiveness among academic leaders and the level of faculty members' motivation towards e-learning. The study recommended enhancing the practice of the transformational leadership style for its role in developing leadership skills among faculty members to build their capabilities and motivate them to adapt to future educational needs.
