The purpose of the study is to investigate the role of superintendents of educational directorates in Saudi Arabia to empower the woman in light of the kingdom vision of 2030. The study adopted the descriptive survey methodology, through a sample of (308) departments heads from different departments and educational offices. The findings of the study showed that the role of superintendents of education departments to empower Saudi women came to an average degree, and there were no significant statistical differences for the perceptions of the study sample members about the role of education departments in empowering Saudi women due to the gender in all domains. Further, There were no significant statistical differences due to the effect of academic qualification in all domains except for training in favor of the bachelor’s and doctoral levels, and there were significant statistical differences for the study sample members’ perceptions about the role of education departments in empowering Saudi women due to the effect of experience for five years or less in delegation of authority, motivation, promotions to senior positions, self-managed work teams, overall degree, for each of five years or less, and 5-10 years in training.
