The study aimed to reveal the degree of practicing meeting management among school principals in the Negev region from the point of view of principals and teachers. The study followed the descriptive survey methodology, and to collect the data, a questionnaire consisting of (27) items was used distributed on four domains, namely (meeting planning, organizing and managing meetings, evaluating meetings, human relations in meetings) and its validity and reliability were verified, applied to a simple random sample, consisting of (400) principals and teachers. The most important results of the study indicated that the total degree of meeting management practice among school principals was medium. And that the domains of the study tool all came to a medium degree with the exception of "the domain of human relations in meetings" which came to a high degree. The results showed that there were differences due to the variable of sex in all domains except for the domain of human relations in the meeting, and the differences came in favor of females, and there were differences due to the variable years of experience in all domains, which came in favor of ten years or more, and there were no differences due to the educational qualification variable, and the job title variable in All domains except the domain of planning meeting , and the differences came in favor of principals. The study recommended holding training courses for school principals on meeting management methods. (Published abstract)
