واقع تطبيق الحوكمة الإدارية في الجامعات الأردنية في محافظات الشمال وعلاقتها بالولاء المؤسسي
This study aimed to define the reality of applying administrative governance in Jordanian Universities in the northern governorates and its relationship to institutional loyalty. The descriptive correlational methodology was used. A questionnaire was used for data collection, and was checked and verified. It was a collection angle of (175) deans and heads of departments who work in the universities of Northern Jordan. The study results showed that the reality of applying administrative governance in Jordanian Universities from deans and heads of departments' point of view was high; also, the level of institutional loyalty in the Jordanian universities was high from their point of view. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation at the level of (α=0.05) between the reality of applying administrative governance and the level of institutional loyalty in the Jordanian universities.
