The study aimed to reveal the degree of applying conflict management strategies among secondary school principals in the Qasbah of Irbid and its relationship to the level of human relations from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive correlational methodology was used. The study sample was chosen by the stratified random method. The study sample included (249) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used that measures conflict management strategies and the level of human relations. The results of the study showed that the degree of applying of conflict management strategies came to a (large) degree with a mean of (3.76), where the domains were ranked in descending order: satisfaction, followed by, settlement, followed by integration, followed by avoidance. , followed by dominance, and all of them came to a large degree except for gratification, which came to a very large degree. The results also showed that the level of human relations in secondary schools was great, and the results showed a positive relationship between the estimates of the study sample members on the degree of applying conflict management strategies and its relationship to human relations. In light of the results, the researcher recommended avoiding non-professional conflict management strategies, and using them positively in schools. (Published abstract)
