التحديات الإدارية والتربوية التي تواجه رياض الأطفال في محافظة المفرق

This study aimed to identify the professional problems facing kindergarten teachers in Al-Mafraq Governorate. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical method, and the study sample was selected through simple random sampling, consisting of (246) kindergarten teachers. Data were collected using a questionnaire as the main research tool. The study results indicated that the overall level of professional problems faced by kindergarten teachers in Al-Mafraq Governorate was moderate across all domains. These problems ranked, in order, as follows: problems related to children and their parents, problems related to curricula, and problems related to the teachers themselves. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in the degree of professional problems attributed to the variable of experience, favoring those with more than ten years of experience, and differences related to the variable of directorate, favoring the Directorate of Eastern Badia Education. The study recommended the need to activate continuous communication channels between kindergarten teachers and parents, as well as to reconsider the content of kindergarten curricula and to develop them based on modern educational principles that take into account the needs of children.
