This study aimed to identify the degree to which kindergarten managers practice in Mafraq governorate for transformational leadership from the perspective of female teachers, the researcher used the descriptive analytical methodology, The study population consisted of all kindergarten teachers who work in affiliated kindergartens to Mafraq Governorate. And their number is (269) female teachers. The study sample consisted of (131) female teachers who were selected in a simple random way, the results of the study showed that degree to which kindergarten managers practice in Mafraq governorate for transformational leadership from the perspective of female teachers an average overall grade, The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the sample members to the degree of practice of transformational leadership by kindergarten managers attributable to the variables of educational qualification, the number of years of service, the study recommended that kindergarten directors share with teachers in formulating the future vision, that managers support the creative ideas presented by teachers, that these ideas be sought to be made a tangible reality to be applied on the ground in kindergartens.
