The study aimed to investigate the impact of a training program based on the Marzano model on improving the classroom teaching skills of Arabic language teachers in Irbid Governorate. The researcher utilized the quasi-experimental approach with a study sample consisting of 50 teachers who taught Arabic for upper basic classes in Kasbah Irbid schools. The teachers were divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 25 participants. Two instruments were developed and met acceptable standards of validity and reliability: a training program based on Marzano's learning dimensions, and a note card to measure teaching skills. The results indicated statistically significant differences in the dimensional observation of teaching skills between the experimental and control groups. The experimental group outperformed the control group in all areas measured by the teaching skills card. Based on the study's findings, the researchers provide several recommendations, including directing the attention of the Ministry of Education towards the Marzano model to enhance classroom teaching skills. They also suggest the development of training programs for Arabic language teachers based on the dimensions of this model and encourage further empirical studies on Marzano's learning dimensions for both teachers and students.
