This study aims to investigate the degree of application of instructions of quality and accountability unit and its relationship to the development of administrative skills from the point of view of school principals.And to reveal the differences between the estimates of the sample members of the impact of applying these instructions on developing administrative skills from their point of view. The questionnaire was applied to the study sample in an intentional manner, which included (80) principals from the public schools in Rusifa District. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the degree of application of the instructions of quality and accountability unit in the development of administrative skills from the point of view of school principals, came to a medium degree of (3.03). Moreover, all areas expressing the application of the instructions of quality and accountability unit and their relationship in the development of administrative skills obtained averages of medium degrees, the field of “School and Society” is the highest among the estimates, and the “student environment” is the lowest. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of the function (α≤0.05) between the sample members’ estimates of the degree of application of quality and accountability unit instructions.In addition, its relationship in developing the administrative skills of principals of public schools in the education of Rusaifa district attributed to the variables of gender, educational qualification and experience.
