The research highlights the importance of fragmented learning and mobile applications in teaching fine arts education, emphasizing their role in enhancing self-learning, effective participation, and interaction with the educational environment. This approach is in line with the requirements of the modern era and contributes effectively to the development of learners’ skills. The research results, through the presented statistics, show that fragmented education has a positive impact on developing students’ skills in using educational applications for teaching fine arts. This effect is attributed to the benefits of fragmented learning environments that use modern technologies and web applications, enabling students to learn anytime and anywhere, and to organize their information neatly. The research aligns with learning theories that focus on the role of the learner and the importance of reducing cognitive load, and it confirms the effectiveness of fragmented learning in improving academic achievement and developing students’ cognitive skills.
