The research was conducted on a study population consisting of 60 teachers, and the entire population was sampled for the study. The study tool was distributed electronically to the study population, and 57 valid responses were collected for analysis. The study yielded several results, indicating that secondary school students' proficiency in writing skills, as perceived by their teachers in government schools in Al-Koura, is high. The results also revealed no statistically significant differences in the means of Arabic language teachers' responses regarding students' proficiency in writing skills in government schools in Al-Koura based on gender, academic qualifications, and years of experience. In light of the results, the researcher recommends stimulating students to use a wide range of rhetorical devices, such as similes, metaphors, and phonetic formations, to enhance the quality and appeal of their writings.
