The level of the five major personality factors among career guidance specialists in the Sultanate came to a high degree of (3.4), and the most common of the five major personality factors is the dimension of "consciousness" with an average of (3.8). While neuroticism came at a small level with the lowest average degree among the five dimensions (1.9). There were no differences according to the governorate variable in only two dimensions of personality, which are: the neuroticism dimension and the openness to goodness dimension. While differences appeared in the remaining three dimensions of the scale (extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness and at the overall level of the scale), where all differences were in favor of Al Dhahirah Governorate at the expense of the other governorates In light of this, the study recommended a number of related recommendations and proposals that enrich the subject of the study in the future.
