This research aimed to explore the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by early childhood school principals in Jazan Educational Directorate and to assess job satisfaction levels among teachers in this stage from their perspectives. It also sought to examine the differences in teachers' responses regarding the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by principals and their job satisfaction levels based on the variables of academic qualification and years of teaching experience. The research followed a descriptive approach, incorporating both survey and correlational methods. A questionnaire was developed to gather data on the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions and job satisfaction levels. The study sample consisted of 235 early childhood teachers, selected using systematic random sampling. The results revealed that the degree of implementation of flexible leadership dimensions by principals and job satisfaction among teachers were moderate overall and across each dimension. Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences at the (α=0.05) level between the mean scores regarding the degree of implementation of flexible leadership and job satisfaction based on teaching experience and academic qualification. Based on these findings, a set of recommendations and suggestions were provided. (Published abstract)
