This study aimed to identify to the degree of resistance schools' principals at the moral crisis and its relationship in the promoting values of citizenship from the secondary school students in the State of Kuwait, the study followed the descriptive method The sample was randomly selected by (8%), with (357) teachers from the educational areas (Ahmadi and Mubarak Al Kabeer). The results indicated that the degree of resistance schools principals at the moral crisis among the secondary school students as a whole were high degree. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample the degree of resistance schools principals at the moral crisis to variable of gender in favor of women, While no significant differences between the average responses of the study sample the degree resistance schools principals at the moral crisis of academic qualification and years of experience. The study recommended the importance of activating human relations in secondary schools, especially male schools. (Published abstract)
