إدارة المواهب المدرسية وعلاقتها بالانتماء المدرسي من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس بمحافظة القنفذة
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of school talent management and the degree of school belonging, revealing the relationship between them from the point of view of school principals in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach, where a questionnaire consisting of (27) items was distributed to a sample of (190) male and female school principals in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate. The study reached the following results: School talent management is generally available at an average level in schools in AlQunfudhah Governorate; the level of school belonging is generally achieved at a high level in schools in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, in addition to the existence of a positive correlation significant at the level (0.05), which shows that with the increase in the level of school belonging among employees in schools in Al-Qunfudhah Governorate, the level of school talent management increases. The study presented several recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
