تأثير برنامج تعليمي - تدريبي باستخدام المستحدثات التكنولوجية على بعض المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية والفسيولوجية لناشئات الكونغ فو
The research aims to identify the impact of using technological innovations on certain physical, skill-based, and physiological variables for young female Wushu (Kung Fu) athletes through designing an educational-training program utilizing infographic technology and virtual reality (Box VR) technology. The researchers employed the experimental method using two experimental groups. The study was conducted at Tala’ea El-Gaish Club in Cairo during the 2024-2025 training season. The research sample was intentionally selected, comprising a total of 30 young female Kung Fu athletes, evenly distributed into three groups: 10 athletes subjected to infographic technology, 10 athletes subjected to virtual reality technology (Box VR), and 10 athletes in a control group. The main findings revealed a positive impact of the proposed educational-training program using infographic and virtual reality (Box VR) technologies on certain physical, skill-based, and physiological variables for young female Wushu athletes. Additionally, the results showed the superiority of the experimental group (1) utilizing virtual reality technology over the experimental group (2) utilizing infographic technology in improving the studied physical, skill-based, and physiological variables. The researchers recommend using multimedia systems to teach and train various practical training aspects of skills to avoid the limitations of traditional teaching and training methods. They emphasize the use of technological innovations, especially virtual reality technology, and the need to establish specialized laboratories for technological innovations within the practical departments of faculties of physical education to benefit the external community and players during practical application of motor skills.
