The study aimed to recognize the major challenges that faced the education system in rural areas during and after COVID19 pandemic in Saudi Arabia and the development of proposed solutions for these challenges using analytical and descriptive approaches. Study sample included 15000 teachers of rural areas in Saudi Arabia. Results showed the first section discussing challenges that faced distance education in rural areas during COVID-19 pandemic, second section discussing challenges after COVID-19 pandemic, while the third section discussing proposed solutions for challenges that faced the education in rural areas during and after COVID-19 pandemic.
