This study aimed to assess the impact of cyberbullying on the social, educational, and psychological relationships of school students in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates, from the perspective of their parents. The sample included 108 parents selected via simple random sampling. Using a specially designed questionnaire and a descriptive analytical approach, results revealed that the psychological domain was most affected (mean = 4.08), followed by the social domain (4.06), then the educational domain (3.92), with an overall high impact score of 4.02. No significant differences were found in the social and psychological domains based on gender, residence, age, or educational qualification. However, significant differences appeared in the educational domain favoring diploma holders. Key recommendations include enhancing psychological counseling in schools by increasing the number of trained counselors, conducting regular awareness sessions for students and parents, and integrating psychological support into school plans. Additionally, the study advises developing specialized educational programs to raise students’ awareness of cyberbullying risks, promote safe digital behavior, encourage respect and reporting of abuse, and use interactive media and activities to strengthen the educational impact.
