This study aimed to assess the degree of application of administrative engineering by UNRWA school principals in the Hebron educational area from the perspective of teachers, using a descriptive-analytical approach. The study population consisted of 592 teachers, with a stratified random sample of 133 participants. A questionnaire comprising 30 items was used as the data collection tool, and its validity and reliability were statistically verified. Results indicated a high level of application, with an overall mean score of 4.005. Furthermore, no statistically significant differences were found in the application of administrative engineering related to gender, educational qualification, or years of service. Based on these findings, the study recommends enhancing professional training and development programs for school principals and teachers, focusing on modern administrative engineering concepts and tools. It also suggests standardizing administrative policies and procedures across UNRWA schools to ensure consistent and effective application regardless of differences in qualifications or experience.
