This study aimed to explore the obstacles that hinder the implementation of electronic management in early childhood schools in the city of Taif. These obstacles were categorized into administrative, financial, human, and technical challenges. The research also sought to identify practical solutions to overcome these barriers and examined whether there were statistically significant differences in the perception of these obstacles based on factors such as academic qualification, specialization, years of experience, and age. Using a descriptive survey approach, the study relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The sample consisted of eight female principals from early childhood schools in Taif. The findings revealed that the obstacles to implementing electronic management were perceived as very high, with an overall average score of 4.69 out of 5. Financial challenges were identified as the most significant, followed by human-related obstacles, then technical, and finally administrative challenges. Among the key recommendations to address these issues were ensuring adequate financial support, as well as conducting regular maintenance for electronic devices, communication networks, and software. The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the perceived obstacles based on the variables of qualification, specialization, experience, or age.
