The modern era is witnessing an unprecedented development in artificial intelligence techniques, which pushes the different fields of knowledge to reconsider their methodologies and research methods, and this study comes to shed light on the possibilities of methodological integration of educational studies in the light of artificial intelligence applications, indicating the expected impact of this integration on the quality of intercultural educational studies and their outputs, using qualitative research, and the corresponding study tool. And among the most important results reached by the study: The methodological integration of interdisciplinary educational studies in the light of AI applications depends on basic procedures for interdisciplinary educational studies and is represented in the methodology (Methodology) and method (Method), and the realization of applied ethics leads to methodological integration.
