The study recommended the necessity of adopting a comprehensive national framework to activate professional learning communities while empowering schools, qualifying leaders and providing the necessary resources, enhancing the culture of cooperation, evaluating effectiveness, involving teachers and employing technology, while including activation as a strategic goal and launching awareness campaigns. It suggested conducting longitudinal studies to investigate the impact, researching various models of activation, in-depth studies on the role of the supervisor, comparisons between effective and ineffective schools, designing innovative training programs, researching the relationship with job satisfaction, and linking the goals to the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
