توظيف معلمي التكنولوجيا للمبادئ والمفاهيم البيداغوجية للتعلم النشط : دراسة استقصائية من منظور المعلمين أنفسهم
This study aimed to analyze the extent to which technology teachers employ the pedagogical principles and concepts of active learning in the southern governorates of Palestine. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach and developed a study tool in the form of a questionnaire consisting of 55 items. The study sample included all technology teachers at the secondary level in the West Gaza Directorate, totaling 60 teachers. After applying statistical analyses, the results showed that the degree of technology teachers’ employment of the pedagogical principles and concepts of active learning was high. The findings also revealed statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample members attributed to the gender variable, favoring females. However, there were no statistically significant differences in responses attributed to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience. Based on these findings, the study recommends incorporating strategies and teaching methods that support the teacher's role in active learning into the teacher's guide. It also suggests activating the role of educational supervisors in monitoring teachers' practices that support their roles in active learning. (Published abstract)
