The study aimed to identify the level of applying the electronic management - in terms of administrative skills and technical skills - by female principals of secondary school in Attaif city from the viewpoint of female teachers. The study aimed also to investigate whether there are statistically significant differences at (0.05) in the level of electronic management application from the viewpoint of female teachers with reference to the variables of: academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive survey method was adopted, and a questionnaire was administered to the study sample that consisted of 348 female teachers of secondary schools in Attaif city. The results of the study revealed that the level of applying electronic management by female principals of secondary school in Attaif city from the viewpoint of female teachers was (high), and the dimension of technical skills has come in the 1st order while the dimension of administrative skills has come in the 2nd order. The results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of administrative and technical skills applied by female secondary school principals from the female teachers’ viewpoints attributed to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience, and training courses of the study sample. The most important recommendation of the study was to raise the level of administrative skills among female school principals through conducting relevant training courses and workshops, which contributes to achieving the goals of applying the electronic management in educational institutions.
