إستراتيجيات مبتكرة لمواجهة التحديات التعليمية في الجامعات أثناء الحرب : رؤية شاملة لتعزيز الاستدامة الأكاديمية والتكيف المؤسسي
Over the past decade, higher education has made significant progress globally, but universities in war torn regions face severe challenges, including damaged infrastructure and displaced students and faculty. According to UNESCO, more than 48% of university students in conflict areas have been negatively affected, highlighting the need for innovative solutions to maintain educational continuity. This study explores how modern educational models, such as distance learning and virtual universities, can address these challenges. It aims to analyze their effectiveness in ensuring education during conflict and proposes strategies to support sustainability. The study emphasizes the importance of education in fostering psychological and social stability during war and highlights successful international experiences that can guide policymakers. Using an analytical descriptive approach, the research reviews literature and conducts interviews with students, professors, and administrators. Findings suggest the need for flexible educational models, psychological support, and social assistance. The study recommends enhancing distance learning, developing virtual universities, and providing comprehensive support for students. In conclusion, education is a fundamental right that must continue even during wars through innovative strategies and global cooperation among universities. (Published abstract)
