This study aims to explore the factors determining the sustainability of education amid the digital transformation in Jenin schools during the war, focusing on the educational and technical challenges that hinder the educational process. The study seeks to uncover comprehensive strategies to transform Palestinian schools into technology-enabled institutions in line with available resources. To answer the research questions, the researcher used an analytical inductive approach, providing a comprehensive description of the phenomenon and analyzing relevant data to deduce an appropriate transformation strategy. The study revealed several key findings, primarily the impact of wars on the education system, including the destruction of schools and educational infrastructure, the detrimental effect on children's right to education, and the scarcity of modern technologies and weak internet connectivity in Palestinian schools. Additionally, the study found limited use of technological and informational advancements by teachers, leading to a lack of focus in lessons, increased hostility, reluctance to attend school, and a low level of digital transformation in schools. Based on these results, the study offers several recommendations, including enriching teacher preparation programs with courses on digital learning, computer, and internet use in teaching, and conducting training workshops for teachers to keep up with the latest advancements in the field, in addition to providing psychological and social support to students.
