This study aims to explore the role of resource rooms in enhancing inclusive education in the schools of South Hebron, focusing on the challenges of implementation and improvement strategies from the perspective of teachers. The researcher used a qualitative approach, employing a triangulation of data collection tools, including semi-structured interviews, observations of students and teachers, and a review of official records. The sample consisted of 16 teachers who were purposefully selected. The findings revealed various behavioral, academic, psychological, and social challenges faced by the target group. Teachers also encountered difficulties in planning and delivering lessons in resource rooms, as well as challenges in communication with parents. The study recommends providing professional development training, organizing exchange visits among teachers, offering necessary technological resources, and providing support to teachers to enhance the effectiveness of resource rooms.
