مستوى كفاءة وفاعلية تطبيق نظام إدارة المخزون العام الحكومي في وزارة التربية والتعليم من وجهة نظر العاملين في قطاع اللوازم والمستودعات فيها
This study aimed to identify the level of efficiency and effectiveness of applying the government inventory management and control system in the Ministry of Education from the viewpoint of workers in the supplies and warehouses sector in it. The study followed the descriptive analytical survey method, to describe and explain the level of efficiency and effectiveness of applying the government inventory management and control system in the ministry of education to reach useful generalizations. The study population consisted of all male and female workers in the supplies and warehouses sector in the ministry of education, which numbered (405) employees, during the academic year 2022-2023. The study was applied to a sample of (60) male and female employees from the study population, who were selected using a simple random method. The study used a questionnaire consisting of three fields containing (30) items to answer the study questions. The results of the study showed that the level of efficiency and effectiveness of applying the government inventory management and control system in the Ministry of Education from the viewpoint of workers in the supplies and warehouses sector was medium. There are no statistically significant differences at the level (α≤1.15) between the average estimates of the study sample of the level of efficiency and effectiveness of applying the government inventory management and control system in the ministry of education due to the variables (sex, years of experience and academic qualification). In the light of the results of the study a set of recommendations were presented, the most prominent of which were: Work to continue to support the prevailing trend in the ministry of education by raising the level of efficiency and effectiveness of applying the government inventory management and control system in it, through training programs and workshops.
