إنعكاسات تطبيق فلسفة الجامعة المتجددة على جودة أداء الجامعات السعودية
The study aimed to reveal the implications of the university's renewable philosophy on the quality of Saudi universities' performance of their main functions from the perspective of faculty members at the College of Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. To accomplish this, the mixed-interpretive-sequential approach was used. In the quantitative stage, the descriptive survey method was used, by distributing a questionnaire to the faculty members of the College of Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, who numbered (198). As for the qualitative stage, a semi-structured individual interview was used to interpret the results that appeared in the first quantitative stage. The study reached the following results: The study respondents agreed that there is a positive impact of the university's renewable philosophy on the quality of Saudi universities' performance of their main functions with a (very high) degree. And that the principle of (flexibility) came in the first place among the rest of the principles in terms of its reflection on the quality of Saudi universities, followed by the principle of (participation) and then the principle of (transparency). The study presented a number of recommendations that it is hoped will contribute to the development of Saudi universities. (Published abstract)
