The study aimed to present suggested supervisory practices to employ the mindfulness-based supervision model via classroom visit method. The Delphi technique was used to build these supervisory practices. The descriptive-survey method was then used to determine the degree of importance of these proposed practices from the view point of educational supervisors. The sample for building the suggested practices consisted of 10 experts (8 faculty members in Saudi universities and 2 educational supervisors) while the sample for the field survey consisted of 107 educational supervisors from the Northern Border region. Findings revealed the identification of 30 suggested supervisory practices, divided into three dimensions: the pre-classroom phase (8 supervisory practices), the classroom visit phase (9 supervisory practices), and the post-classroom phase (13 supervisory practices). Moreover, findings after the field survey revealed that 29 practices were considered highly significant from the view point of educational supervisors, while one practice from the classroom visit phase was moderately important, therefore it was excluded from the proposed practices. In addition, the findings from the field survey revealed no significant differences between the averages of the study’s participants due to the variables (gender, specialization, and experience in supervision).
