المهارات القيادية وعلاقتها بتقدير الذات لدى الطلاب الموهوبين
The study aimed to identify the relationship between leadership skills and self esteem among gifted students, following the descriptive correlational method. The sample consisted of (183) gifted students, The instruments of leadership skills and self-esteem were applied (prepared by the researcher). The results showed a high level of both leadership skills and self-esteem among gifted students. Also, results indicated that there were statistically significant differences on the level of leadership skills due to gender, while they indicated that there were no statistically significant differences on the level of leadership skills due to educational stage. In addition, results indicated that there were statistically significant differences on the level of self- esteem due to gender, while they indicated that there were no statistically significant differences on the level of self- esteem due to educational stage. Moreover, results found a direct correlation, and a statistically significant relationship between leadership skills and self- esteem among gifted students. (Published abstract)
