التشارك المعرفي لدى أعضاء الجمعيات العلمية التربوية في مصر والسعودية : دراسة عبر ثقافية
The aim of the study is to identify the reality of knowledge sharing practice and the factors affecting it among the members of the educational scientific societies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The study adopted the descriptive survey approach and built one questionnaire for knowledge sharing consists of (15) phrases, and another for factors affecting it consists of (20) phrases. The questionnaires were applied to a sample composed of 357 members of the scientific educational societies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia. The study found a set of results, including that the general percentage of the reality of the practice of knowledge sharing among the members of the scientific educational societies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia falls in the low practice range. The impact of personal factors and institutional factors in general on the practice of knowledge sharing among the members of the educational scientific societies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia lies in the extent of high impact.
