متطلبات تعليم الجيل ألفا بمصر في عصر الذكاء الاصطناعي
The research aims to define the intellectual framework of Generation Alpha and the conceptual framework of artificial intelligence, with the aim of identifying the educational requirements of Generation Alpha in Egypt in the era of artificial intelligence from the perspective of educational faculty members. The researcher adopted a qualitative approach and then collected data and information using the interview tool. This was achieved by interviewing a sample of (34) educational faculty members from various disciplines (Foundations of education, educational technology, curricula and teaching methods, educational psychology, and child education). The interview tool consisted of (5) questions about the most important educational requirements of Generation Alpha in Egypt in the era of artificial intelligence, the most prominent skills that Generation Alpha in Egypt must possess to keep pace with the era of artificial intelligence, the ethics they must follow when using artificial intelligence applications, the challenges facing Generation Alpha education in Egypt, and their suggestions for educating Generation Alpha in Egypt to keep pace with the era of artificial intelligence. The research identified a set of requirements, the most important of which are: 1) Developing educational curricula that are flexible and continuously updated to adapt to rapid changes in the field of artificial intelligence. These curricula should include subjects such as computer programming, machine learning, and robotics at various educational levels. 2) Developing teachers' skills and training them to use artificial intelligence tools in teaching students, such as smart educational platforms, data analysis programs, student performance and progress monitoring and personalized learning tools. 3) Teaching Generation Alpha students 21st-century skills such as critical and creative thinking, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to help them adapt to rapid technological changes. 4)Developing educational systems that use artificial intelligence to continuously and accurately assess student performance and provide targeted feedback to help improve performance. 5) Using artificial intelligence to provide personalized academic guidance to students based on their performance and individual needs, which contributes to personalizing education and improving its outcomes. 6) Providing a robust technological infrastructure, such as modern computers, high-speed internet, and advanced software. 7) Using AI applications such as virtual reality and augmented reality to provide interactive learning environments that help students understand lessons and concepts practically. 8) Teaching Generation Alpha students the ethics of using AI, such as maintaining privacy and the importance of cybersecurity. 9) Teaching Generation Alpha students how to learn independently and continuously acquire new skills through digital platforms. 10) Teaching Generation Alpha students' digital skills, how to adapt to rapid technological transformations, and how to handle future jobs that may rely heavily on AI.
